It was literally the coldest I’ve ever been. I was wearing a ski jacket, boots, gloves and beanie, and I couldn’t stop shivering. And Toby & Summer? Barefoot, in the freezing Oregon coast. And they couldn’t stop smiling. Toby & Summers wedding weekend was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. It was emotional, raw and beautiful. It was a collaboration of so many lovely people coming together to celebrate not only the union of Toby&Summer but the beginning of their family. I am still overwhelmed and humbled that I not only had the pleasure of photographing their wedding, but was able to celebrate all that God is doing in their lives by uniting them as one. It was a beautiful thing to behold.

Toby, Summer, Indy, Beezus, I love you all. I loved your wedding weekend. I can’t thank you enough for having me.

Be warned, picture overload about to commence.

And because the freezing cold beach wasn’t awesome enough, hey, let’s get in the shower!

and if that wasn’t enough I awoke the next morning to rain, then hail, then snow. Yup SNOW on the BEACH. Oregon, you really are magical.

A year ago I drove to the hospital to photograph a tiny little baby boy. He was super mellow and alert. His piercing big eyes observing everything. He seriously didn’t make a peep the entire time I was there.
He was oh-so-yummy.

Here we are, a year later and he is still oh-so-yummy. He’s much less quiet, but that’s to be expected for a wiggly, kicky, crazy 1 year old boy. Happy Birthday Brady!

I LOVE Dan&Stacey, LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I was UBER excited when Stacey called me and invited me to Half Moon Bay for their engagement session. We roamed all over and ended on the beach in the exact spot where Dan proposed. Such a perfect day. Love you both and am SO looking forward to your wedding this spring.
